Okay, so I was browsing around, looking for some fun workout inspiration, and I stumbled upon Elle Brooke’s name. I vaguely remembered her as a boxer or something, but then I saw “and sister” and got curious. So, I started digging.
First, I tried to get a general overview. I typed in “Elle Brooke and sister” into the search bar, just to see what would pop up. I saw some photos and a few article snippets, mostly about their social media presence. It looked like they did some fitness stuff together, which was cool.
Then, I wanted to see if I could find any actual workouts. I added terms like “workout,” “routine,” and “fitness” to my search. This helped me narrow things down a bit.
- I skimmed through a few of the results, looking for anything concrete. Some were just general articles, others were links to their social media profiles.
- I noticed they did a lot of partnered exercises. So,I look for a video about it.
Finally, I did try some of the exercises that I saw from the video, although there’s not many can do in home.
So, after all that searching and trying, I felt pretty good! It wasn’t some super intense, structured routine, but it was a fun way to mix things up.
